The network has multiple member firms, in Malaysia and elsewhere, so no member should call itself "the official partner". What does a Claude Certified Architect actually do on my project?
Certification is held by individual engineers, not the company. On an engagement, a certified architect owns model selection, agent architecture, tool design, and the evaluation plan — the decisions that determine whether your agent survives production. You can ask which named engineers are staffed on your project, and we will tell you.
If you're a Claude partner, why would you deploy another model?
Because membership describes our expertise, not an obligation. Claude is our default for enterprise agent work, but some jobs are better served elsewhere — high-volume, low-complexity classification with tight cost ceilings, or policies that require open-weights models inside your own network. Does working with you change what we pay for Claude?
Claude API pricing is public and set by Anthropic; partnership does not create a private rate we resell. Where we earn our fee is usage engineering: model routing, caching, and prompt design that cut token spend, plus load testing that prevents over-provisioning.
