Tell us what you're trying to automate
One message is enough to start — the process, the rough volume, and what it costs you today. An engineer reads it, not a sales sequence.

A person replies, within one business day
Your message goes to the engineering team, not a ticket queue. You'll get a reply within one business day — usually with two or three specific questions about your process, so the first call is useful rather than introductory.
call · 30 min · no charge
A short discovery call, on your terms
We spend 30 minutes on your workflow: which systems are involved, monthly volumes, where the errors and delays sit, and what a good outcome looks like. If your use case matches one of the 14 agent builds documented in our engineering hub, we'll walk you through that build and its numbers.
- ✓Bring whoever owns the process — finance, ops, or IT
- ✓No deck from us; we ask questions and take notes
- ✓PDPA-conscious from the first call — no production data needed to scope
scope · honest
Honest scoping, priced in RM
After the call you get a written scope: what the agent will do, how we'll evaluate it before it touches production, and a fixed price in RM. If an agent is the wrong tool — the volume is too low, or a RM200/month SaaS product already solves it — we'll tell you that instead. A short 'no' now beats a long project that shouldn't exist.

Frequently asked questions
How does an engagement usually start?
A discovery call, then a written scope. Most engagements begin with a fixed-price evaluation or pilot — typically two to four weeks — so you see the agent working against your real workflow before committing to a production rollout.
What should I prepare before the first call?
A plain description of the process, roughly how many items it handles per month, which systems are involved (ERP, email, spreadsheets), and who runs it today. No documentation pack needed — if you can explain it to a new hire, you can explain it to us.
Do you work with banks and other regulated industries?
Yes. We design deployments around PDPA, and for financial institutions we scope against BNM RMiT expectations — data residency, access control, audit trails and resilience testing are part of the engineering plan, not an afterthought.
Can you take over an agent someone else built?
Yes. Agent rescue is a standing service: we evaluate the existing agent with our Agent GPA method, find where it fails, and either stabilise it or rebuild the weak parts. You keep what works.
Do we have to use Claude?
No. We're Claude-first — we're a member of the Anthropic Claude Partner Network with Claude Certified Architects on the team — but deployment is model-agnostic. We recommend the model that fits your task, budget and compliance constraints, and we show the comparison.
Prefer to talk first?
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us. Send a two-line description of the process you want off someone's desk, and an engineer will come back with next steps — usually the same day.
